On October 19, the Q3 marketing summary report of FerroTec's thermal power business was held as scheduled.

At the beginning of the meeting, the heads of various departments took the stage in turn and reported in detail the completion of the objectives in Q3 and the work plan in Q4. It not only summarizes the performance highlights in the past three months, but also analyzes the existing problems and improvement measures. From production, research and development to sales, the employees present comprehensively reviewed the work results of Q3 in the reporting process. At present, the development momentum of the thermoelectric plate is good, and the business is steadily advancing. Judging from the completion of various indicators in Q3, the sales target  this year is expected to be successfully achieved. The efforts and collaboration of all departments have been fully reflected, laying a solid foundation for achieving the annual target.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Ruan made an in-depth analysis and elaboration of the current external market situation and the problems existing within the department: 1. External market situation: security monitoring market has become saturated. In addition, affected by the international situation and other factors, well-known enterprises such as HKWS have begun to adjust and optimize personnel since the first half of this year. We need to pay close attention to the market and industry dynamics, and think about how to find new breakthroughs and development opportunities in a saturated market to maintain our competitiveness. 2. Internal problems of the department: some employees lack work enthusiasm and awareness of independent innovation. This "lying flat" state not only affects work efficiency, but also is not conducive to the sustainable development of the team.

In response to the above problems, General Ruan put forward the following suggestions to the heads of departments and all middle managers at the meeting:

1. Build a sound organizational structure

Thermal power industry needs to build a more sound organizational structure: first, clear the responsibilities of each department, improve work efficiency; Second, create a good team atmosphere to enhance the cohesion of employees; Third, cultivate the spirit of innovation and promote the sustainable development of the department.

2. Optimize departmental collaboration

The thermal power industry needs to establish a cross-departmental communication mechanism, hold regular communication meetings, and track and solve problems and contradictions in the work in a timely manner. In addition, it is necessary to clarify the responsibilities and procedures of the department in the work process to avoid the buck-passing phenomenon caused by unclear responsibilities. In addition, we promote team building activities from time to time, which can bring the relationship between employees closer and enhance the cohesion and cooperation spirit between departments.

3. Implement the departmental plan

All sectors of thermal power should implement short-term (Q4 quarter), medium-term (2025 year), long-term (next 3-5 years) planning. In the aspect of project management, regularly conduct a comprehensive review of the projects carried out, sum up experience and find deficiencies; In terms of personnel training, through training and learning, we will continuously improve our professional ability and build a team of talents with professional quality and innovative spirit. In terms of market expansion, we continue to improve service quality and technical level, meet the increasingly diversified needs of customers, win the trust and reputation of customers, and expand market share.

This quarterly meeting pointed out the direction for the FerroTec thermal power business in the fourth quarter and the future development, and also formulated clear objectives and plans for the work of various departments.
