Recently, FerroTec Group successfully held the second special work meeting on automation and staff reduction, comprehensively summarizing the current progress and deploying key tasks for the next stage. The meeting focused on two core topics: one is the progress of automation implementation and future planning; the other is the analysis of staff reduction work and the evaluation of the "talent bank" management mechanism.

 

Thermal Power Division: Steadily promote automation and continuously optimize personnel structure

General Manager Ruan Wei of the Thermal Power Division reported on the progress of the current automation project and the phased results at the conference: the overall operating efficiency has been steadily improved, and the personnel structure has been continuously optimized. From 2025 to 2026, the overall planning project includes 25 types of automation equipment, with an estimated investment of nearly 40 million yuan and a planned reduction of 171 people. Through equipment upgrades and process reengineering, the goal of reducing staff and increasing efficiency can be achieved in multiple dimensions such as manufacturing and quality, helping the company to develop with high quality.

 

Senior management comments: Strengthen the application of flexible systems and explore new detection paths

Chairman He Xianhan commented on the report of the Thermal Power Division and gave important guidance. He emphasized the application of flexible systems that are suitable for small-batch and multi-variety production modes. He also suggested using infrared thermal imaging technology to automate the sampling process. This will not only help improve the accuracy of product quality testing, but also further optimize production line efficiency.

The meeting conducted in-depth exchanges on the interim results of the staff reduction work and evaluated the application effect of the "Talent Bank" mechanism.
