In order to ensure the high-quality delivery of main products such as car refrigerators, the company has set up four professional refrigerator assembly production lines, A, B, C, and D, in Changshan Factory. From core refrigeration modules to complete machine assembly, it fully covers the production needs of compressor refrigerators, TEC refrigerators and some high-end small household appliances.
AB production line-TEC car refrigerator
The AB production line focuses on the production of TEC refrigerators. The automated tightening, clamping, and torque monitoring processes are closely linked to ensure accurate assembly. The entire production line can be traced through the "one item one code" system.
D production line - compressor refrigerators and high-end small appliances
The D production line focuses on the production of compressor refrigerators and some high-end small appliances (such as wine cabinets, etc.). From copper tube bending and high-frequency welding to 15-minute on-the-go vacuuming and refrigerant filling, we strictly control every link to ensure accurate and reliable technology . In addition, the inspection process includes halogen leak detection, online silent test, 45-minute full-cycle performance verification and other multiple processes.
Annular foaming line-insulation barrier for car refrigerator
The circular foaming line is one of the key processes in the manufacturing of car refrigerators. Here, 28 trolleys work together like a stream. Through the mold code scanning and recognition, the system automatically matches the foaming amount and injects a thermal insulation layer into each refrigerator to ensure that the car refrigerator has stable and reliable thermal insulation performance.
C production line-TEC module
Production line C focuses on the production and manufacturing of semiconductor refrigeration modules. Silicone grease printing, heat sink installation, fan installation... every step of assembly is gradual and orderly. During the TEC module assembly process, we also use AI visual error prevention and code scanning traceability system to achieve full quality monitoring from materials to finished products.
