FerroTec (China) 2024 "Sailing Plan" College Students Training held in Hangzhou!
From September 5 to 7, FerroTec (China) 2024 "Sailing Program" college students' Training camp was successfully held in Hangzhou Daihe. 47 college students from various companies of the group gathered in Hangzhou, with the power of youth, practice the promise of struggle, and jointly embark on the transformation journey from "campus people" to "workplace people"!
With the theme of "Youth, Struggle and Dream", this training is committed to encouraging college students to establish the right values and development goals at the beginning of their careers. The training covers professional knowledge training, practice and team building activities, and is committed to improving the comprehensive quality and teamwork ability of new college students.
The opening ceremony was held on the morning of September 5. Tian Shayong, director of the Group's Human Resources Management Committee, and Dong Xiaoping, deputy general manager of Hangzhou Daihe Thermal Magnetic Company, delivered speeches, warmly welcoming the new college students and placing high expectations on them. Also present at the opening ceremony were Ni Xijian, Senior Consultant of the Group, Shi Qiming, Director of Shanghai Shenhe Training Center and Wang Wengang, director of Hangzhou Training Center.
The training schedule is tight and full. After the opening ceremony, senior consultant Ni Xijian carried out training on the development process and corporate culture of the Group's various business sectors, so that the students could deeply understand the development background and core values of the Group, and clarify the mission and vision of the company. In addition, Consultant Ni also explained the Group's "6S Management Norms" course in detail, and explained the practical skills and methods of the implementation of 6S norms to further enhance our competitive advantage in the workplace.
The training center also invited the technical backbone of the vacuum Technology Division to share with you his experience of entering the company after graduation and gradually growing from an ordinary operator to the company's technical backbone and vice minister of Manufacturing Department. He tells snippets of growth stories about setbacks and achievements in the development of the company, and encourages students to bravely face various challenges in career development. These valuable experiences have inspired students and laid a solid foundation for their careers.
On the last day of the training, the students participated in the team development activities, and the atmosphere was warm. We deepened each other's understanding and gained friendship in the tacit cooperation and solidarity, and also improved the awareness of mutual cooperation, enhanced the tacit understanding and the sense of trust, and enhanced the sense of belonging and cohesion.
Finally, at the completion ceremony, Fei Yijun, director of the office of the Board of Directors of the Group, made a concluding speech and issued a completion certificate for everyone. Through three days and one night of activity points ranking, a total of 6 outstanding students and 1 excellent team were selected. Wang Weiping, Human Resources Director of Hangzhou Daiwa, awarded MEDALS to the outstanding participants, and the directors of Hangzhou and Shanghai Training Centers awarded prizes to the outstanding team members in recognition of their outstanding performance and outstanding potential and talent during the training.
Through this "Sailing Plan" training, the university students not only deepen their understanding of FerroTec (China) corporate culture, but also improve their professional skills and teamwork ability.
