• TEC semiconductor Sheets & refrigeration units

TEC semiconductor sheets and refrigeration units use advanced semiconductor thermoelectric effect principles to achieve precise temperature control. In medical scenarios, it can help some medical testing equipment with extremely demanding temperature requirements to maintain a stable working temperature environment and ensure the accuracy of test results. For example, in the high-precision biochemical analyzer, it ensures that the instrument is in the best operating temperature state, providing reliable data support for medical personnel, so as to assist in the accurate diagnosis of the disease.

• FerroTec thermistors

Thermistors are mainly used in temperature monitoring systems in medical equipment. In the constant temperature incubator, the thermistor is like a loyal "temperature guard", always monitoring the internal temperature, once the temperature deviation will quickly feedback signals, triggering the corresponding temperature control mechanism to adjust the temperature, so as to ensure that the cultured cells and microorganisms can grow and reproduce under the appropriate temperature conditions. Its temperature detection function is of great significance for medical research and some disease diagnosis related projects in the medical field.

• FerroTec self-developed chiller

The chillers independently developed and produced by FerroTec have the characteristics of efficient cooling, precise temperature control and stable operation. They can still maintain stable cooling effect under complex working conditions such as long continuous working time or frequent start-stop, so as to ensure the normal operation of customers' equipment. At the exhibition, we showed two self-developed TEC chiller for the on-site customers: one is an air-cooled cabinet chiller (power 1kW), and the other is a water-cooled vertical chiller (power 600W). Different customer needs correspond to different equipment choices: for medical laser and other equipment with high temperature stability and noise requirements, water cooler is the first choice of customers; For some customers who do not require high temperature accuracy and do not need external cooling water requirements, the air cooler is the best choice. In addition, we also demonstrated the practical application of medical waterblankets on site: before the operation, the temperature of the water blanket was lowered by the chiller, the temperature of the water blanket was used to cool the patient, and the temperature of the patient was raised after the operation, so as to create a more efficient and safe surgical environment. In addition to the chiller on display, we have more different types of chiller for customers to choose from. For the performance and application direction of various types of chiller, the staff gave a detailed description on the site for everyone.
