Poor-quality glue or improper storage can contaminate the device and affect subsequent welding and packaging processes; thirdly, its compatibility with automation is poor: compared to Waffle Boxes, Blue Film is not suitable for direct use in high-speed automated picking equipment.

The waffle box is mainly characterized by rigid protection, standardization, and compatibility for mass production, ensuring the stability of the entire process of large-scale component circulation; the blue film is mainly known for its flexibility, low cost, and manual compatibility, meeting the requirements of small batch usage. Long-distance transportation across regions, large-scale storage, and automated mass production lines - prefer to use waffle box packaging to effectively ensure the yield of components; laboratory research and development, sample testing, small batch manual testing, short-term storage - prefer to use blue film packaging, which has a higher cost performance and is more convenient to use.
